Policies and Terms

Refund Policy / Terms of Service

  1. All of our accounts are subjected to revoke/lock = refund/replacement warranty till our first buyer and until our buyer’s fault.
  2. We are not responsible for additional VP purchases and we are only entitled to be liable for the amount at which we sell the account.
  3. We don't promise the recovery of accounts on request from our buyers if they get hacked/scammed/any other context which isn't in our control.
  4. You can further resale or trade the account with us on your request.
  5. Our accounts are available to be bought on EMI and the following rules are mentioned below (Only applicable for Eternal Valo):
    • Cancellation of EMI would lead to 33% refund of total paid.
    • The EMI money can't be transferred to a different account.
    • You can't share account ID/password with anyone.
    • Any damages dealt to the account during the EMI period are your liabilities.
  6. There is no such option of 'Return' or 'Replace' once the purchase is done and account credentials are given to the buyer regardless of any time duration.
  7. Accounts bought via us could not be put up for renting services by any individual or firm; it might lead to our warranty getting voided.
  8. If the buyer is found lying to us in any aspect for personal benefit then we can take strict actions against them.

Refund amount might show a deflection in special cases. Every single case is observed by our team and final decision is taken by us. Special terms must be discussed before the deal if there are any and approved via us.

Agreement between Eternal Co. and Verified/Featured Sellers

  1. All the accounts sold under the ground of Eternal Valo must be legitimately bought with a clean history. If it is found that the account sold was unethically bought then strict actions will be taken against the Verified Seller.
  2. Every single account must have revoke/lock = refund/replacement lifetime warranty till the account is with your buyers. In case of riot waves you are free to refund at least 50% only in the highly unlikely case of a single person’s financial condition coming to an end.
  3. You cannot decline from buying back/trading your own account which you sold to your buyer via our website. In case of low finance or unwillingness to buy, you are allowed to delay the purchase or trade offer by a few weeks.
  4. The maximum time to refund/replace your buyer will be 7 days in case of accounts below 10k INR. 15–20 days is the maximum time to process your compensation on accounts above 10k INR.
  5. Any form of toxicity with our customer will not be tolerated and personal issues must not come into play of your service. If the customer is disrespectful then you can report their ID to us; further actions will be taken from our side.
  6. The seller cannot cancel the deal once it’s agreed on. Unreasonable increase in price and buyer exploitation is strictly not allowed.
  7. You cannot promote your own business to our clients. If found doing so, immediate action can be taken from our side.
  8. Intentional account recoveries/locks will lead to strict actions on the seller.
  9. With every sale, if there are any conditions between the seller and buyer other than ours, it must be informed to the buyer and us before proceeding with the deal.
  10. Talking ill about other sellers or being biased to yourself is not allowed as healthy competition is expected by all the sellers.
  11. VP service can only be provided by Eternal Valo to the buyers which were introduced to the market via our platform. Introduction means the first purchase made by the buyer to any particular platform.
  12. EMI rules must always be mentioned with the buyer before the deal takes place. Always give 2 to 3 days of grace period after final date. EMI reminders must be given to the buyer at least twice before the completion of EMI.

Community Group Rules and ToS

  1. RESPECT ALL THE SELLERS. DON’T SPAM MESSAGES IN DM AND NEVER CALL ANYONE WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT.
  2. USAGE OF FOUL LANGUAGE IN A HARASSING WAY IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
  3. NO PORNOGRAPHIC/ADULT/NSFW MATERIAL.
  4. DON’T SHARE OR GIVEAWAY LINKS FOR ANY KINDS OF SERVICES.
  5. YOU CANNOT PROMOTE YOUR OWN BUSINESS WITHOUT OUR CONSENT.
  6. ALWAYS DEAL WITH A MIDDLEMAN AND ONLY THE ADMINS CAN ACT AS A MIDDLEMAN. DOING A DEAL WITHOUT MIDDLEMAN WILL GET YOU BANNED.

T.O.S

  1. We are not responsible for your scam while dealing with randoms.
  2. No returns are to be made, once the deal is done.
  3. We are not affiliated with any sort companies.
  4. Public Trading is not our responsibility if a MM isn't used.
  5. All accounts featured on the server are legally bought from their owners on their consent and are not stolen/hacked.
  6. All the entities and procedures are for educational purposes, and are done on special request.
  7. All accounts are subject to revoke = refund/replacement till buyer only.
  8. Dealing with us means complying with our ToS.
  9. Dropshipping is banned. You can't sell or trade an account you don't own.
  10. All deals are marked as revoke/lock = refund/satisfactory replacement (until buyer’s fault) until a special different agreement is made. The base warranty stays up to the first new owner but might change if talked on before the deal.
  11. VP can only be sold by the admin of the group. Any kind of promotion direct or indirect towards VP recharge isn't allowed.
  12. Selling of fresh PHP accounts is not allowed and only Eternal Valo can do it in this group.

MIDDLEMAN IS A MUST IN EVERY SINGLE DEAL AND MIDDLEMAN FEES IS 75–100 INR EACH PERSON
